Upon arrival in Delhi you will be received and transferred to hotel by our representative.
The day begins with introduction to Yoga instructor and a short Yoga session. Breakfast follows a city tour of New Delhi and Old Delhi covering Birla Temple, India Gate, Parliament House, Humayun's Tomb, Qutab Minar, Gandhi memorial, Jama Masjid, Red fort and Jama Masjid.
Stay overnight at hotel
Early morning you will be transferred to station to catch the Shatabadi Express to Haridwar. On arrival you will be transferred to hotel. Afternoon city tour is followed by visit to Ashrams, which are centers of philosophical studies, Yoga and meditation.
For the next four days you will stay put at Rishikesh for hard-core Yoga training, in serene surroundings, on the banks of holy river Ganges. The daily routine will be as follows.

After breakfast check out and depart for a guided sightseeing tour of Agra fort and Akbar's tomb at Sikandara. Later in the evening transfer to the railway station for overnight train journey to Varanasi.

Arrival at Varanasi follows transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon you will be taken for a city tour of Varanasi, the holy city. The tour covers visits to the Ganga Ghats, various temples etc.

Early morning you will be taken for a boat ride at River Ganges as you see life and death together at Ganga Ghats in Varanasi. It follows an introduction to your Yoga teacher and a short Yoga class. In the afternoon you will explore Sarnath, the site of Lord Buddha's first sermon. In the evening you will again join Yoga classes.

Morning starts with Yoga classes. Later in the afternoon you will be transferred to airport for flight to Delhi.
On arrival at Delhi you will catch the connecting flight for onward destination.
